Go Back

KartifactsThe name is a blending of 'artifacts' and 'go-kart.' A lot of the music on it alternates between modern tracks and nostalgic songs I remember hearing on the radio from childhood.

The car illustration on the right is the dope yellow Ford Fairmont my parents drove us kids around in.

Ghosts Fade with
the DaysThere were twelve songs on the album and each song corresponded to a specific holiday (or at least one nearby the corresponding month).

Them's a lot of ghosts.

Silent Apes Secret Fears of Dying TeethI have no idea what this means.

Blue Collar Sweetheart
I was going on a hike with some friends some years back and we were driving to the site. From the car we saw this girl in blue jean overalls standing outside of a gas station. As we passed, I looked at her, my arm hanging out the window and said, "Look at that little blue collar sweetheart." That's where great ideas come from, folks.

This CD is nice and gritty. I recommend a cheap whiskey in a dirty glass while listening.
